Durkflex ® FG
Durkflex® FG is a high-quality, highly flexible NBR closed-cell foam insulation suitable for HVAC&R applications. Furthermore, all Durkflex® FG series utilize "ACMF (Accurate Control Microcell Foam)" technology, which improves several aspects of the foam insulation's fundamental performance, particularly lower thermal conductivity and increased strength and resistance to damage.
Durkflex®FG has been improved for enhanced fire resistance, self-extinguishing, and no dripping, meeting UL94 (VO) and FM Approved Class 4924 standards. This provides greater safety in unforeseen events such as fire.

1. The density must be at least 50 ±10 kilograms per cubic meter.
2. The thermal conductivity coefficient does not exceed 0.032-0.039 W/M.K. at an average temperature of 20-24 °C according to the standard (ASTM C 518)
3. Water absorption must not exceed 0.10% by weight, according to the standard (ASTM C209-15)
4. The water vapor permeability according to ASTM E96-10/E96M-16 must not exceed the following values:
Average water vapor transmission: 0.01 g/hr.m2
Average water vapor permeation: 1.1 ng/Pa.s.m2
5. The insulation must be Class O according to BS 476 PART 6, or have a flame spread index not exceeding 25 and a smoke index no exceeding 50 (According to ASTM E84)
6. The fire extinguishes itself and does not drip, according to UL94 (VO) and FM Approved Class 4924 standards.
7. Fungal and antimicrobial resistance according to ASTM G21 and ASTM E2180 testing standards.
8. Passed the assessment for green building certification (Greengard, Greengard Gold).
9. The shrinkage test must have a value of ≤ 7.0% according to ASTM C534/534M-16 Section 14 at a temperature of 105±3 °C.
10. Operating temperature: -50 °C ~ +105 °C
